The bygone Manhattan, with its black and gold night life, when women were framed by feathers and men emanated gangster glamour, was the fanciful frill of America’s prohibition era. Art esthetics of that time structured itself in geometrical patterns combining graphic images with romantic lines, giving birth to spectacular masterpieces. Gatsby’s mysteriously sparkling story is one of such unique gems, framed in a comparatively petite form. Gigantically scaled symbol of Art Deco virtuosity is of course Chrysler building. Its rectangular forms with beautiful lancet arches have been inspiring many memorable jewels in cinema, literature and other forms of art.
Machine Embroidery Design Graphic pattern is a pure embodiment of Chrysler building, interpreted into soft sheen of threadwork. The pattern builds up characteristic Art Deco aura. Beautiful artistry of visual illusion induces the heed that curvilinear lozenges are braced by slim orthogonal cells. After the mind is convinced in this axiom, a sudden realization of different kind arises, as the eye abstracts itself from the particular point, embracing the whole picture. At this instant, dimensional play of the design unreels itself in a new way.
Ovate motives seem to lie underneath a lattice of interconnected lines, which are interrupted in their crossroads to show hollow rectilinear rhombi. After espying from different angle, imagination starts to work on a more magnetic, dynamic translation of the multifarious pattern, which insists on methodically aligned silhouettes of emerald cut gems, echeloning one after another in a precious infinite chain.

Extraordinary character of this unique design absolutely transforms the look and feel of any textile piece. Through modification of the surface pattern some textile pieces might seem to change even their forms. Decorative pillows, covered with this embroidery, would assume a more protruding, voluminous look. Their fabric composition would seem more firm and rich. They will poise an exquisite eye-catching fancy accessory vibe in interiors of clean lines and solid colors. Complementing element of this embellishment could be represented in decorative details of curtains such as fabric cornices, embroidered cuffs and valances. Alternatively, this motive could be used in a less excessive form, adorning a table-cover as an extravagant border. A few graphic accents, subtly declaring their affinity to the décor, would wonderfully highlight elegance of any classic interior.
An exclusive color, different from the backdrop tone, could play an exquisite game of contrast, fiercely reticulating a fabric piece. When opted to be colored in a hue similar to the background, the pattern would acquire a less emphatic feel, playing a role of amiable faceting, which only delineates cursory etching.
