First, spray the glue of a temporary fixation on the stabilizer web. Then hoop it in the embroidery frame with a sticky side up. Since the fabric is very soft, and there can be depressed traces, we do not hoop the fabric. Glue the fabric on top of the stabilizer. Smooth the fabric so that there are no wrinkles or bubbles. Then attach a thin water-soluble stabilizer to the fabric. This will help the embroidery not get lost in the fabric.

Hoop all three layers to embroidery frame. Attach the embroidery frame into the embroidery machine and embroider the design. After the embroidery trim the tear-away stabilizer and remove the water-soluble film. Embroidery on velvet fabric is ready.

In order to embroider this unique and magnificent design from our embroidery religious designs on velour it is necessary:

— Velour fabric. There are two types of this fabric: on a natural cotton base or on synthetic polyester base.

— Cut-away stabilizer
— A glue of a temporary fixation
— Water-soluble stabilizer

In the beginning, decide which type of velour you will use. It is very important. Since velour on a natural cotton base can shrink after the first washing, and the embroidery will simply stitch. Then you need to wash it BEFORE embroidery. If you embroider on synthetic velour with a polyester base, you do not need to do this. This fabric does not shrink.

Spray the glue of a temporary fixation onto the stabilizer web. In the beginning, glue a fabric to it, and then attach a water-soluble stabilizer on top. Hoop the fabric together with stabilizers and embroider the design.

Note: Because the fabric is very soft, test the embroidery first on a shred of fabric, and only then embroider it on a product. After embroidering, you may notice traces from the hoop, which, often, are removed with the help of usual washing in warm water. If the traces are left, you need to spray the cut-away stabilizer with the glue of a temporary fixation and hoop it without the fabric. Then stick the fabric, and put a water-soluble stabilizer on top.
