Interesting Facts
Broken needle: This happens when the wrong needle is used for the fabric, the material is too thick, or the needle is damaged. The solution is to replace the needle and choose the right one for the fabric type, which also helps prevent future breakages.
Machine noise: If your embroidery machine starts making strange or loud noises, it could indicate problems with the mechanism or that a foreign object is inside. It's a good idea to inspect the needle assembly and clean the machine to resolve this issue.
Poor embroidery quality: Often caused by incorrect thread selection, improper bobbin winding, or mismatched project settings. Fixing this involves adjusting thread tension, using quality materials, and ensuring the right machine settings are applied.
Frequent thread breakage: This could result from incorrect threading, poor-quality threads, or wear and tear on the machine. Ensuring proper thread installation and regular maintenance will help avoid this.
Regular cleaning, proper material selection, and lubricating the parts can prevent many of these issues. Routine care will extend your machine’s lifespan and improve your embroidery quality.
