Mini Zucchini, Asparagus, Celery and Sorrel Machine Embroidery Designs is a downloadable set of four separate botanical files for embroidery machines. The collection contains small vegetable and leafy herb motifs in multiple original sizes for kitchen towels, linen napkins, aprons, reusable market bags and garden-themed gifts. This is a digital embroidery product; no finished patch or embroidered item will be shipped.
The four motifs can be used separately or combined into a coordinated kitchen collection. Stitch one vegetable on each napkin for a garden lunch, place the designs above the pockets of an apron, or create a set of reusable produce bags marked with different botanical motifs.

Use zucchini and asparagus on a pair of kitchen towels, then stitch celery and sorrel on matching linen napkins. Repeating the same thread palette across all four motifs will make the separate designs look like one planned collection.
The compact sizes also work well on apron pockets, recipe-book covers, fabric baskets for herbs, reusable grocery bags and small gifts for gardeners. Embroider a flat fabric panel before sewing a bag, pocket or cover whenever possible.
For smooth cotton, linen or woven kitchen-towel fabric, hoop the fabric with a suitable light- or medium-weight tear-away stabilizer. If both sides of a linen napkin will remain visible, test a wash-away backing so that no permanent stabilizer remains around the embroidery.
Use water-soluble topping on waffle, terry or other textured towels to prevent small botanical details from sinking into the surface. For more information about woven and knitted materials, read Choosing Fabric for Machine Embroidery — Part 2. Recommendations for napkins and kitchen towels are explained in Choosing Stabilizers for Machine Embroidery — Part 2.
Use several related green shades to keep asparagus, celery and sorrel visually distinct. Zucchini can include a warmer yellow-green accent. Polyester embroidery thread is practical for washable kitchen textiles, aprons and market bags. Rayon can be used when a softer, glossier finish is preferred for decorative napkins.
Combine this set with the Mini Broccoli, Avocado, Artichoke and Cabbage Machine Embroidery Designs to create a larger collection of coordinated kitchen towels, napkins or reusable produce bags.
More culinary and garden motifs can be found in the Vegetables and Fruits Machine Embroidery Designs collection.
All sizes and all machine formats listed on this product page are included in one ZIP archive. A size or format is not selected during checkout.
After purchase, open the download section in your Royal Present account and click the Unzip button beside the ZIP archive. The website will unpack the folder automatically, allowing you to download only the required design, size and machine format.
You can also use the free Royal Present online ZIP unpacker. Detailed instructions are available in the guide How to Unzip Embroidery Files on Windows and Mac.
The set contains four individual designs: zucchini, sorrel, celery and asparagus. All sizes and formats listed above are included in the download.
All five zucchini sizes fit a 100x100 mm (4x4") hoop. The three smallest sorrel sizes, two smallest celery sizes and three smallest asparagus sizes also fit this embroidery field. Use the detailed hoop list above for the remaining files.
Test a light tear-away or wash-away backing on the same linen. Wash-away backing is useful when the reverse side will be visible and no permanent stabilizer should remain around the motif.
Changing the size independently can alter the underlay, stitch density and construction of the design. Royal Present guarantees the quality of the original files only and is not responsible for customer-modified versions. If another size is required, order the professional design resizing service.
Finished physical items may be sold under the store’s small-business license. The digital embroidery files may not be copied, shared, traded, resold or redistributed.
