Machine embroidery on velour

Fabric: Velour is, as on cotton, and on a polyester basis. It is very important to pay attention to this before embroidery. Typically, the manufacturer indicates the consistency of the fabric on the label.

If you are going to embroider on a velvet with a cotton base, always wash the cloth before embroider. Otherwise, the fabric will shrink with embroidery. Washing velour on a polyester basis before embroidery is not necessary.
