Why does fabric wrinkle during embroidery?
Wrinkling usually happens due to poor hooping, inadequate stabilizer, or unbalanced material support. Always match the stabilizer weight to the fabric.

Stabilizer formula:
Stabilizer weight ≈ 50 of fabric weight

Example: for 140 g/m² cotton, use a stabilizer of 60-70 g/m². For soft fabrics, add water-soluble topping to protect the surface and improve stitch clarity.
