Important: hoop names are approximate. Check the usable embroidery field stated in your machine manual, because the nominal hoop name can be larger than its true stitching area.
The garment colors shown in the sample are a creative suggestion, not a mandatory color chart. Match the skeleton to your fabric and Halloween décor. A practical palette includes:

You may replace green and orange with purple, burgundy, acid yellow or metallic accents while keeping strong contrast between the bones, clothing and background.
Medium-weight cotton, canvas, denim, sweatshirt fleece and firm home-decor fabrics are the easiest choices. Use a medium-weight cut-away stabilizer for garments and other items that will be washed repeatedly. A firm tear-away stabilizer can work on stable woven décor fabric when the reverse must remain neat.
For knitwear, do not stretch the fabric while hooping. Hoop the fabric with cut-away stabilizer and add a lightweight water-soluble film on top if the surface is textured. On towels, fleece or loose weaves, the topper prevents small bone and facial stitches from sinking into the fabric.
Use 40-weight machine embroidery thread with a 75/11 embroidery needle on ordinary woven fabric. For dense denim, canvas or layered costume pieces, test an 80/12 needle. Slow the machine around the hands, face and closely spaced outlines if your fabric begins to pull or the thread starts shredding.
Print the template at 100% before hooping. The arms and legs create a broad, dynamic silhouette, so check clearance around seams, pockets, zippers and towel borders. Keep at least 15–20 mm of free space around the outermost fingers and shoes whenever the project allows.
